It says 'Your Account has expired' and I can't log in

You were unable to login because your account has expired.

This is an automatic process which happens every three years to ensure that we are complying with the legal requirements of the Data Protection Act.

Once we have ensured that we have accurate and up-to-date details for your account this can be updated.
