Renewals

You can renew online or by using the automated phone line 0300 123 6704 (card number and PIN are required for both options). If you have any problems with renewals please chat with us if we are online or use the Submit a Question form below.

I am having problems with Library Pass - Comics Plus

Comic Plus can be accessed via your web browser or using the Google and Apple Library Pass apps for phones and devices.

Login problems

To login to Comics Plus in browser you will need your Lancashire library card number starting 20118.
To login to Comics Plus with the Library Pass app you will need your Lancashire library card number starting 20118 and four digit PIN.

Technical issues

If you need help with a technical issue:
From your browser, you can submit a support ticket (there is a link to this at the very bottom of each page)
In the Library Pass app, go to 'Help and Feedback' in the main menu.
