Renewals

You can renew online or by using the automated phone line 0300 123 6704 (card number and PIN are required for both options). If you have any problems with renewals please chat with us if we are online or use the Submit a Question form below.

How can I use my library account online?

If you go to our library catalogue and choose 'My Account', you can login and manage your account online.
To login you will need your 14 digit library number and PIN.

Once you've logged in you can

View all your current loans and renew items
See if there are any outstanding charges on your account
View any reservations and cancel them if you need to.
See a list of all the items you've borrowed in recent years
Change your PIN
Check when your library account will need renewing

When you are logged on to the catalogue you can also browse or search for a book and reserve it with a click.
You can create your own reading lists and share them or write a book review to appear next to the book on the catalogue.
