Lancashire library holiday closures
All our Lancashire libraries will be closed on bank and public holidays. There are additional closures on extra statutory dates.

Renewals

You can renew online or by using the automated phone line 0300 123 6704 (card number and PIN are required for both options). If you have any problems with renewals please chat with us if we are online or use the Submit a Question form below.

My account is blocked, can you help?

Your account could be automatically blocked for a number of reasons:

  • You've tried to login with a wrong library number and PIN combination three times
  • You have outstanding charges on your account
  • You have long overdue items
  • Your account has expired
