Lancashire library holiday closures
All our Lancashire libraries will be closed on bank and public holidays. There are additional closures on extra statutory dates.

Renewals

You can renew online or by using the automated phone line 0300 123 6704 (card number and PIN are required for both options). If you have any problems with renewals please chat with us if we are online or use the Submit a Question form below.

Answers

I can't renew my books?

There may be a number of reasons you can't renew books.

  • If you have a book that is reserved by another borrower
  • If you have books that have been renewed 10 times
  • Or, if you are notified that your account is due to expire
  • Or have charges that are blocking your account

There will be no way for you to renew them until the problem is rectified and you may incur overdue charges.
