What can I do when eBook or eAudio I'd like to borrow is out on loan?

When an eBook or eAudio is on loan to another borrower it will clearly show as 'on loan' with an availability date. If you click to reserve it, that date is the guaranteed latest date that you'll get it. It could be even earlier if another borrower returns it early or cancels a reservation,and we will let you know immediately.

We regularly check the reservation lists on eBooks and eAudio books to make sure that the waiting time for popular titles isn't too long.  When we see the list is too long we will buy extra copies and make these available as soon as we can and as long as we have the money available.  If it is an eBook you have looked for you could check to see if the eAudio version is available and vice versa.  If you would rather wait then you can place a reservation and we will let you know when it is available.  It is also worth checking the categories and genres lists or search on a favourite author or title to see if there are any other books you might want to borrow in the meantime.  We are constantly growing our collection and aim to have a broad range of titles available across all genres.
